Gang Stalking: Another Form of Street Harassment and It’s More Prevalent Than You Think (UPDATED)

My Thoughts on Gang Stalking:  It’s More Prevalent Than You Think

When one thinks of street harassment, it usually conjures images of ‘slick-talking’ black (and West African) males with ‘no game’ who are wickedly desperate and therefore force themselves on strangers; or black male sexual predators who believe they can have easy access to vulnerable members of the general population:  women and children.

However, there is another type of street harassment that goes beyond the normal sexual deviancy of street harassers–gang stalking.

From what I understand and have experienced, it is a system of people (in my case black “Christians” who work in conjunction with the approving cooperation of low-level whites who are just like them) who seek to intimidate, stalk and eventually dismantle the sanity a particular person.  Persons (male and female) who engage in this conduct are total strangers who harbor ill-will towards humanity, but these people have information about this person that under normal circumstances they should not have; i.e., they are not a friend, employer, family member nor someone that I had transacted any business with.

Targets of gang stalking have spoken out tremendously about their experiences have noted that it includes gaslighting wherein the groups of individuals—who mind you do not appear in groups when they target the person engage in a series of activities intended to cause psychological harm and intimidation.  Other than sadistic pleasure they receive from harming a stranger, they seek to destroy the person based on what that person has that they don’t. Yes, it is primarily based on envy, but there is something more sinister in play:  their goal is to undermine the mind, achievement and talent of their target because quite frankly they do not possess those characteristics nor the wherewithal to achieve them.  I find this acute among black Americans and West Africans.  When they cause harm to their target(s) they will literally laugh and mock them in broad public, give threatening looks, pretend to ‘bump’ into their target to gauge their response to external, negative stimuli (which includes strangers for NO reason walking too close behind you and very audibly “sucking” their teeth or loudly “hemming in hawing” as a means to announce their existence in your presence and hopefully intimidate and/or aggravate you; or pretend to know the stranger in order to legitimize the lack of morals, intelligence and success they have in their own lives.  You will also find that they will provide the same excuse to justify their deviant behavior in both street harassment and gangstalking such as “she crazy” or the variant “I told ya’ll she crazy”, “I ain’t thinkin’ ’bout that b***** ” or “pssstsh you ain’t all that” and “so the f*** what.”  Look at this video especially starting at 29:38:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jJebz5dsA8.  This is their entire point of harassment and gand stalking towards targeted individuals.  This is often accompanied by an insidious smirk or hysterical laughter which to an ordinary, reasonable onlooker appears to be what it is–out of context of normal social situations and “off.”

Others have indicated far more nefarious motives behind this type of criminality. They indicate that targets are often political dissidents, highly intelligent or are considered non-conformists.  One thing I have noticed with black “Christians” who perpetrate these crimes is that they often sit in their cars or on the side of buildings staring at their target and are always transmitting their observations via their mobile phones to other members of their gang stalking ‘group.’  They are dangerous and evil and agents of Satanic worship; this despite many of them who profess their “love” for Jesus Christ. Many people have awaken to the understanding that the person referred to as demonic will not take offense; those individuals will even laugh at the reference because they know it is accurate. It must be noted that these individuals are usually the purveyors of slander and are reminiscent of their historical black “Christian” predecessors who did the same to much more prominent blacks; just for money, approval by powerful individuals and to satiate the gaping dissatisfaction that fill their lives due to their own personal failings and lack of success. Thus, we can see that gang stalker also perform these acts on the job with the primary desire to rid an individual whom they believe is a potential threat to their own position, status or simply self-worth.  This should be considered a health crisis, but that would require Americans to actually admit the United States is filled with so many narcissistic dangerous individuals that it is better to keep the general populace under the grips of these dangerous persons.

Stalking is, just as harassment, illegal, but it remains a constant reality in American daily life.  It is better that these criminals are exposed rather than such maladaptation of human behavior becomes an ever-growing portion of the normalization of social dysfunction that plagues this country.

Quite laughable, hypocritical and deviously malicious for these black pagan “Christians” who raise and produce these types and the females who also engage in yelling ‘Jesus’ to random people of another religion (especially Sunni Muslim Americans) are committing every egregious act both under their religious tenets (which we have already established they do not follow) and common law of developed nations.

Over the years, most people have heard or agreed that those who are the most malicious, belligerent and mistreat others, especially those who are total strangers and have not caused anyone harm; those perpetrators are usually the ones hiding the most deviant and horrific crimes they have committed against others. These hate-filled, hypocritical, black “Christians” are a core group that are known to molest boys and girls, whether young or teen.  They may be married or baby daddies and it will still not stop them from voluntarily engaging in homosexual “down low” acts yet shout from their lungs how they represent Christ.  Among the females of this group, they are usually obese, short, and just as aggressive, sinister, deceptive, belligerent and criminal.  These are the closeted lesbians who exaggerate cough, jump in the faces of heterosexual women, especially those heterosexual women who are Sunni Muslims.  Why would you do this you ask?  You see, because they are the biggest pretenders in belief in action and are actual minions of the anti-Christ though they claim to be the opposite; when they are confronted with those who actually do their best to be obedient to God it activates a self-hate in them.  Ironically, you have not done anything to them, your mere existence is simply a reminder of what they are not in the least bit despite what they try to portray.

Reported cases of upskirting — taking unauthorized pictures underneath a woman’s skirt or dress — in the D.C. area have soared in the past three years.

A team of experts reviewed court records in D.C., Virginia and Maryland, and found cases had jumped 70 percent since 2015, according to a report published late last month by NBC Washington. Advocates said these cases, meant to demean and degrade women – including female students – in public, have become a growing threat with the growth of smart phones and social media.

Many of these cases occur at Metro stations, where women are three times more likely than men to be victims of harassment, according to a 2016 report from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority – the agency that oversees the Metro.

Claire Gould, the communications director for Collective Action for Safe Spaces, a non-profit organization that works to combat harassment and assault, said harassment occurs most often in crowded areas, like a Metro station or Metro car.

“It’s always frustrating when women, in particular, have to be more careful in order to avoid things like this.”

“It’s demeaning and an invasion of privacy,” Gould said in an email. “Like any kind of public harassment, we believe everyone deserves the right to move through public spaces without fear of being harassed or assaulted.”

Gould said officials should start a public awareness campaign to curb harassment on the Metro, collect data on the number of incidents and train employees and transit police on how to address sexual harassment.

Terri Poore, the policy director for the National Alliance to End Sexual Violence, said upskirting cannot be prevented easily because it occurs in crowded, busy areas — making it difficult to track down perpetrators.

“There is no shortcut around the fact that people are going to have to have courage and stepping in when they see these sorts of behaviors happening and not leave the onus on the victim,” she said. “Really everyone needs to take an active part in preventing this kind of behavior.”

Although upskirting is considered a form of voyeurism, experts said it is difficult to prosecute in D.C. courts. Consent for taking a picture or recording is only required when the individual has a reasonable expectation of privacy according to voyeurism laws in D.C.

In 2014, a D.C. judge dismissed charges against a man accused of taking photos up a woman’s skirt at the Lincoln Memorial, citing that the accuser could not have a reasonable expectation of privacy while on the National Mall, according to a Huffington Post report.

Amanda Lindamood, the director of training and community engagement for the D.C. Rape Crisis Center, said it’s difficult to prosecute upskirting because laws pertaining to sexual assault are relatively new and there is no general consensus about how they can be enforced and adjudicated.

“Every district, or every jurisdiction, approaches legislation related to violence in a very different way and it’s kind of a new category of consent to think about it, again as just not a physical violence, but that it has to do with images, has to do with social media,” Lindamood said. “It’s kind of a very new section of the law we’re playing catch up on.”

Students said upskirting and general street harassment is a constant menance, especially on an urban campus.

Freshman Andie Kemmerle said it’s aggravating that women have to constantly be on alert when riding the Metro.

“It’s always frustrating when women, in particular, have to be more careful in order to avoid things like this,” she said. “Whereas, it should be that people shouldn’t be doing this in the first place, but hopefully people are for their own safety, being careful about their surroundings when they’re in public.”

In February, the advocacy group Collective Action for Safe Spaces launched a petition that has garnered 333 signatures to urge the the D.C. Council to pass a bill to training and educate D.C. employees about sexual harassment.

“What can people do to keep themselves safe when the law doesn’t even know what’s legal and what’s illegal anymore?”

That same month, some students accused construction workers renovating Corcoran Hall of street harassment and catcalling. D.C. businesses have installed street exhibits and initialed training programs in recent months to try to prevent harassment across the city.

Gabrielle Battino, a sophomore, said living on an urban campus in a densely populated city makes sexual harassment more of a concern.

“It sucks that I’m a woman on campus and I don’t feel safe 100 percent of the time and I should because this is my community,” Battino said. “I guess the only thing I can do is be cautious and be an advocate for the issue.”

Tamara Criss, a graduate student in public health, said D.C should criminalize upskirting because it will encourage more victims come forward to report incidents.

“You can only imagine no one is going to report anything if nothing is going to happen. I think that increasing the criminalization of the activity would be smart,” Criss said. “What can people do to keep themselves safe when the law doesn’t even know what’s legal and what’s illegal anymore?”

Black Male Street Harassers are the Devil. PERIOD.

There are 1 billion people on the planet and for some reason in the Washington, D.C. metro area, especially Maryland, black male “Christians” will stalk, street harass, accost and assault decent women who are total strangers who reject their advances.   To the rational thinking person, it makes absolutely no sense why these black males take rejection so personally, only to solidify that they are insecure and have low-esteem despite the false over the top machismo they manufacture to perpetrate street harassment as a normal function of male genes. Normal, well-adjusted, and well-educated men do not street harass by the way.  So to recap, somehow out of a billion people on the planet, dark-skinned black males choose to attempt to humiliate, disrespect and assault women who had nothing to do with them and continue to not to have anything to do with them, and only by observation verify that they made the right decision in the first place.  These are the black so-called representatives of Christ of today, their logic being if you don’t let me hit on you, have my way with you or sexually assault you, I will disrespect you in the alternative by hurling verbal abuse, non-sensical defense of savage behavior aimed at women who are TOTAL STRANGERS.  The reason why this is normal is because today’s ghetto black “Christians” have no moral compass.  They are coddled by their single black “Christian”, democratic party voting mothers whose example is how to use the government system to their advantage and use men.  Thus, their example in life is to use people, when a discerning, decent woman can by observation detect the corrupted DNA sequence that comprise these low-level black “Christian” males and the same males are met with lack of access, this is when you see the apes in heat go bizerk.  They spiral into hysterical laughter, insults, “..didn’t want you anyway,” “you ain’t all that,” “f*@! you,” and all kinds of verbal drivel to divert the fact that they never had a chance and must now soothe the initially fragile ego. It is utterly fascinating and disturbing at the same time how these dark-skinned black “Christian” males attempt to defend their conduct, all the while the reasonable intelligent woman knows that they street harass because they assume 1) that you are easily accessible (quite satanic that they believe a covered, religious person actually is), 2) the woman that they are targeting is either unintelligent or vulnerable.  There is NO way a good, well-mannered, discerning woman could accept this as normal or flattering behavior.  Remember there are 1 billion people on the planet and some sadistic black male strangers see fit to stalk, harass, disrespect and humiliate a woman who by proper discernment seeks no interaction with these vagrants.  Yet, out of all the millions of people in the country, these black male vagabonds short-circuit and set forth plots to destroy these women who are total strangers.  You cannot tell me that course of behavior is not simply pure evil.

Just to be clear, these are the same types of black males who claim to be part of or support Black Lives Matter, which obviously does not apply to other blacks and focuses on the liberalization of criminal activity and ignores criminal conduct of ghetto blacks upon innocent Black Americans.  Then again, it makes sense they are supporters of such a movement, black women are not any type of beneficiary of it.  So now we venture into why black male street harassers are devils.

One of the non-theological definition of devil is:  ‘an atrociously wicked, cruel, or ill-tempered person.’ Another definition is ‘mischievous,’ this aptly describes black male street harassers.  Street harassers are troublemakers because they initiate conflict and originate situations of distress where none previously existed.  Trouble is a synonym for mischief, thus by any rational thinking person street harassers are mischief-makers, better known as devils.  So, why would a black “Christian” devil (oxymoron, but hey it’s logical to them) believe that they have the right to street harass a religious person? A covered Sunni Muslim black American woman?  It is easy, let us take a look at opposites, good v. bad, wicked v. righteous, devil (deceiver, peacemaker, someone who causes distress) v. someone at peace or minding their business or who would not even consider such a disrespectful beggar as worthy of their time.  Ill-tempered? WASHINGTON – Catcalling on D.C. streets by District workers could soon be a thing of the past. D.C. lawmakers are reviewing legislation that would mandate all city employees to undergo street harassment training. And if they get caught harassing other people in public, they would have to face consequences.

“If we can train all of them on what is appropriate conduct and how to be good, helpful bystanders, then we have an army of people in the city looking out and helping create our safe spaces,” said Councilmember Brianne Nadeau.

The Ward 1 council member introduced the anti-street harassment bill this week. She said several personal confrontations on city streets led to her proposed legislation.

“Walking down 16th Street and being harassed by a government worker on duty in uniform,” she explained. “When I was commuting every day on the Metro, every block I would be harassed. One day, I was walking to work in my professional attire and somebody commented and I asked them not to do that. The response was, ‘Well if you don’t want us to comment, why do you dress like that?’

**********************************My Comment:  is that today’s grown black men STILL have to be taught what is appropriate behavior in an industrialized, democracy. Just shows they are animals cloaked in human flesh.

Three Characteristics of Black Male Street Harassers

In the State of Maryland, especially in counties such as Howard, Prince George’s Anne Arundel and Baltimore County (and of course Baltimore City) there are three distinguishable traits that any decent woman can discern from the typical black male street harasser.  They are quite reminiscent of what normal functioning, intelligent children are taught and grasp the concept of basic respect of human beings who may cross their paths in normal everyday settings.

1) The black male street harassers a/k/a apes in heat have nothing “nice” or proper to say to their intended targets. [If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all].  They are flustered and frustrated and because of the lack of intelligence they are dumbfounded as to why a decent woman not only rejects their inappropriate (and criminal) behavior but is simply disgusted and repelled by it as well.  No worries, the black male street harasser will pursue his own form of self therapy by designating decent women who reject them as “crazy,” “stuck up,” and “she ain’t right.” Yes, to these social vultures a decent woman who demands to be treated with respect and not have unattractive, disrespectful, ghetto black boys further disrupt her personal space or her day is dismissively deemed by them is not right. PSA to black male street harassers: You are not right! You disrespect religious women, decent women (regardless of belief system) and women who mind their business.  You cannot handle rejection because you are constantly coddled by your Black “Christian’ mother who sees you as either her free ride ticket ala welfare or her mate replacement due to single motherhood.

Therefore, your only line of attack is to insult, in the more ways than one. You see putting your hands on a TOTAL STRANGER is beyond an insult, it is criminal. Verbally abusing a woman because she has ABSOLUTELY no interest in your kind is an insult. The world does not revolve around you. Decent women of color should not have to tolerate your abuse, sexual harassment and sexual assault just because you think “she’s cute.” You are disgusting and reptilian and you deserve every form of disdain society has to offer.  Yet, you have the unintelligent and misinformed audacity to insult decent, innocent women who know better than to tolerate your ignorance, foolishness and crimes.   Get over yourself and stay out of our faces:  especially the ugly, dark-skinned, uneducated, uncivilized black males in Howard County and Prince George’s County, Maryland.  You are the reason white flight is rampant. Please also note that 98% today’s dark-skinned black male “Christians” who street harass.

2) They have an INABILITY to keep their hands to themselves.  [Keep your hands to yourself].  There are subtle, not so subtle and extreme behaviors on this criminal spectrum.  The first is to pretend to “brush” by their intended victims.  Yes, black males at Howard County Library on Cradlerock Road, Columbia, Maryland including the old black male librarian with the greying beard is guilty of this.  Of course they only do this to black female patrons.  They will also do this at grocery stores, box stores, restaurants, any place there is a female and a black male she will likely be a victim.  Of course there is the most obvious, trying to touch you:  standing too close behind you in the line as they prepare to “dry” rape you. Reaching out to GRAB a woman’s arm or hand while she uses a computer or walking on a public sidewalk.  The most obvious is the grope; this touching is distinguishable from the just mentioned one as this is geared towards a woman’s private parts (including that which lies below her décolletage).  Black males today (this is particularly acute among the dark-skinned ones) are generally black devils.  They are in a constant wicked mode of sniffing, plotting and trying to “slide up next to” a TOTAL stranger in order to street harass and rape his intended female target.  Black males in Maryland are naturally uncouthe, sinister, disrespectful, annoying, social rapists who try to play the victim card (as a black male) when in reality they are the criminals, the perpetrators and predators let loose on decent society where no woman is safe. Broad daylight, makes no difference, it just emboldens them as civil society remain in shock that they are allowed to roam the streets without repurcussion for their actions.  Make sure that there are consequences and file charges for EVERY offense these black predators do. Street harassment, sexual assault, verbal harassment, stalking, are all not only immnoral (of course they are not bound by a center of ethos) but it is ILLEGAL.  Make them pay until they can no longer be amongst civilized society.

3) Black “Christian” males in today’s Maryland like to buck their eyes and attempt to intimidate and make women feel uncomfortable when they are in your presence. [It’s not polite to stare]. There is a saying that the eyes are the window into one’s soul.  It is can be an intimate exchange or an invasive tactic.  The purpose of this black male tactic is to make a women feel vulnerable. These bug eyes dark skinned black males use your moment of feeling uncomfortable or intimidated as the prime opportunity to pounce on a woman’s natural fear of them.  Black males respect no women in Maryland, they may be hesitant towards white women only because white males will lynch them, but they still don’t respect them.  Women in the eyes of the majority of ugly, dark-skinned black males are the object to be abused, conquered and destroyed for their Satanic jollies and thumb about their hateful and disrespectful exploits on their technological devices.

It would be easy to say to simply ignore it, but this is today’s dark-skinned black males. They will literally jump in your face, get loud and speak to a total stranger with inappropriate familiarity in order to disrespect you because they hate themselves. Notice that these societal rejects and low brow Negroes RARERLY if ever do this to white women. Black males have no compunction about disrespecting Black women, doesn’t matter if you are Catholic, Baptist, a covered Muslim, black males hate that from which they came and believe that because of the mistaken coddling that their black mothers poorly indoctrinated into them, black woman who are total strangers owe the same to them. When you do not you will be erroneously and heartlessly accused of “thinking that you’re white” when all you are doing is being a decent woman.  Black male street harassers live their lives as low-life animals and realize that animals belong with animals and thus they are faced with the reality of their own lack of humanity.

Black man get out of my face, stop being disrespectful and most of all: Black man leave me alone.

Harassed by Black Male at Traffic Light: Prince George’s County

One mid morning I was driving southbound on a major route (I cannot recall the route number)in Prince George’s County which intersects with Patuxent Parkway. while stopped on red at one of the traffic lights, I heard a fair skinned black male yelling at me from the passenger side of a black sedan.

Initially, I thought my gas cap door was opened or something only to realize that this black male was yelling in the middle of traffic for my phone number. Since I already had my shades on I turned back to look straight ahead though I glanced when I saw him throw an object at my car.  Though I saw it, I didn’t hear it, so I concluded he missed my car.

When I arrived at the Target parking lot I decided to take a look-see over the left side of my car. Lo and behold the black male harasser had threw a wad of chewed gum which was stuck at on the front side, appearing moist and strands of gum streaked alongside. Luckily I carry ‘Goo Gone’ (from Home Depot) in my car and had some napkins which I used to get most of it off.

This is what black males do, attempt to destroy personal property and mock you when you reject their advances. Black man, not interested.

Whether it’s being catcalled, followed, or physically assaulted, street harassment is a pervasive problem. A short documentary from Vocativ talks to several women who share their harassment experiences. One interviewee agreed to wear a hidden camera as she walked around her city. Men called out at her, entered her personal space, and even purred at her as she simply walked on the sidewalk.
